In leadership roles including CTO for AI and Executive Partner at IBM, he has led global teams, delivered multi-cloud AI platforms, and implemented responsible AI solutions. His track record includes managing large enterprise transformations with substantial budgets and operational complexity, as well as founding a successful IoT startup in 2018, demonstrating an ability to operate effectively at both ends of the scale spectrum.

David Montgomery is a C-level technology executive and AI strategist with a proven track record of leading large-scale technology delivery and building high-performing organizations across Fortune 100 enterprises. He has held senior leadership roles at IBM, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nationwide Insurance, and Cardinal Health, where he led enterprise PMOs, consulting and delivery practices, and architecture organizations supporting complex, multi-million-dollar transformations. His work has earned significant recognition, including two HPE Public Sector Executive of the Year awards and the National Black Engineer of the Year President's Award for IT. He has also led teams recognized by NASCIO for Agile Innovation and by IBM for Global Technology Excellence, and directed premier public sector accounts for HPE and Oracle in the U.S.

As Chief Operating Officer of MemChain AI, David drives operational execution, AI product delivery, and go-to-market scalability. He brings deep expertise in scaling technology solutions, executing mission-critical programs, and aligning business strategy with AI-driven innovation, honed across decades of work spanning enterprise and government sectors as an executive sponsor, program leader, and operator. David combines enterprise-scale execution discipline with startup agility, making him uniquely positioned to translate AI innovation into scalable, revenue-generating solutions.

Alberto is a seasoned technologist with over 20 years of experience spanning AI infrastructure, Linux systems, cloud-native architecture, and security. He has led GPU-powered AI platform initiatives in partnership with NVIDIA, Run:AI, and Dell, architecting and deploying secure, high-performance environments powering real-world RAG, Co-Pilot, and agentic AI workloads across cloud and on-premises settings. Alberto is also a highly respected open-source contributor with a strong presence on Hugging Face, where he has published over 45 models and several large-scale datasets, including quantized Mistral variants and custom Llama-3 implementations fine-tuned using frameworks like Unsloth and TRL. His open-source portfolio reflects deep expertise in building scalable, production-ready AI systems that are widely adopted by the developer community.
